Privacy Policy

Raveyard.city is a free community platform operated from Riga, Latvia. This policy explains what data we store about you, why, and what your rights are. For anything privacy-related, email support@raveyard.city.

We store only what the platform needs to work:

• Your phone number or email address (whichever you sign in with)
• Your profile: name or alias, city, role, music genres, gardening experience, and an optional bio
• Gardens you post, including photos and descriptions
• Tasks you post and sessions you join or cancel
• Gardens you save as favorites
• Reports you submit about users, gardens, or tasks

Garden street addresses are private: they are shown only to the host and to people who have joined a session at that garden.

We sign you in with one-time codes instead of passwords. Codes are stored hashed (we can't read them back) and expire after a short time. We never store plaintext codes.

We set exactly one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, which means scripts in the browser cannot read it. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

We don't sell or share your data for advertising. A small set of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf:

• Twilio - delivers sign-in codes by SMS
• Resend - delivers sign-in codes by email
• Neon - hosts our database
• Vercel - hosts the website

Data is processed on servers in the EU and the US under these providers' standard data-processing agreements.

If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email support@raveyard.city from the address (or with the phone number) tied to your account. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Latvia that is the Data State Inspectorate.

Request account deletion at any time via support email. When we delete your account, we remove your profile, contact details, favorites, and joins. We keep data only as long as your account exists, plus whatever short period the law requires.

We never sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't build advertising profiles. The platform is free and stays that way.

Raveyard.city is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we will delete it.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site. This policy is governed by the laws of Latvia.
